Action:Delete Record,Device:Human Memory,Error:Access Denied

"Yea, from the table of my memory
I’ll wipe away all trivial fond records."
-- Shakespeare, Hamlet
Is wiping away records from human memory so easy? Are our minds mechanical like memory in the PC? Is there some input-output mechanism to prove maturity of human being? Should we follow a definite algorithm to talk, laugh, and show our emotions? Can we humans do it, is the question?

Mechanical I doubt, but algorithmic I'm sure.
Add some fuzzy and neural to it.
That is adaptability and learnability ...
